What is the process for submitting my personal photo for custom TUFTOP tempered glass products?

Send an email to info@choicecuttingboards.com with your photo as an attachment. Minimum size of digital photo should be 200 kBytes. Include contact information along with your photo so we can match your order with your photo.

Are product returns accepted?

If a customer is dissatisfied for any reason, or needs warranty repair, they just need to return their item to us directly, postage paid, and we will either repair the item or send you a refund (less the S&H originally charged), as the situation requires.

What does a volume discount mean when it appears at checkout?

Choice cutting boards is subsidizing a portion of the shipping cost. In some cases when ordering two or more products you will see a volume discount appear at check out. The volume discounts are offered to offset some of the shipping costs.

In what circumstances will my purchase be taxed?

Choice cutting boards is headquarter in Longmont, CO. Only customers ordering in the state of colorado will be taxed.

How long does shipping take?

Items ship from Arizona so shipping will take approximately 2-3 days to the west coast, west and the mid west. Shipping will take approximately 4-5 days to destinations in the east coast and southern states.
